Scope is defined by this proposal.

Written change orders are required for any additions or changes to scope.

Odd Jobs supplies materials unless stated otherwise; materials are billed with standard markup.

Schedule may vary based on material availability, weather, site, or client availability.

Default payment terms: 50% deposit on acceptance and 50% on substantial completion.

Payments are non-refundable once work begins.

Late payments accrue a 2% monthly late fee.

Accepted payment: cash, check, or card. Returned check fee: $50.

Client is responsible for permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workmanship is warrantied for 1 year. Warranty excludes normal wear, manufacturer defects, misuse, environmental damage, and issues outside workmanship.

Standard cleanup is included.

Termination requires payment for completed work, materials, and applicable fees.

This proposal constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
